On average you get two bulbs each at about 2 oz. per bulb, for a total of 8 large bulbs. Each kind will be labeled separately so you can compare.

Storage: Garlic should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct light. Do NOT store in the refrigerator! Keep in a paper bag or closed cardboard box inside a cabinet in the coolest part of your house. Garlic will keep drying out the longer it is stored. This will make it lighter, the bulbs less dense, and even hotter and stronger. But eventually it will dry out beyond functional use, and may even rot or mold. Most of our Garlics were fully cured by the end of September, and thus their “shelf life” began. In prime conditions they should store six months or more.
